Yes. The Volcano Health Collaborative is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization (EIN #) and all donations tax deductible under the limits of the law . All donations are used exclusively to promote the health and well-being of the residents of Volcano community by ensuring advocacy for, and the availability of, medical and healthcare services and to promote health and wellness education programs for the community.

Volcano Health Collaborative is an entirely volunteer run organizations. Your donations support the operation of the organization, collaboration initiatives with health organizations and service providers, development of educational materials, community outreach, as well as health and wellness information workshops for our community.

Yes. Volunteers are welcomed! Although we are not a direct health service organization, we do collaborate with other non-profits or agencies that recruit volunteers to help provide community based services to our community. Volunteers are also welcomed to assist in our operations, initiatives, and workshops offered to the community.

Yes. The Volcano Health Collaborative will send an acknowledgement letter meeting the IRS requirements (stating the gift amount and that no goods/services were provided). The donation should note that the gift is “in memory of [Name]”. We will let the donor know that the family will be notified of their thoughtful donation [please provide the full name of the individual, family/contact person for the individual, and mailing address where the letter should be sent].
